We are open Monday through Friday 8 to 5 and Saturdays, 8 to noon. Our answering machine picks up after hours. You are more than welcome to call and leave us a message, we will be happy to call you back.
Can you give me directions?
Sure! In Charleston, from I-79, 77 or 64: Take Exit 58 C to Washington St W (Civic Ctr & Hwy 60), turn right on Washington St, drive 8/10 mile to Park Ave., turn left at light, turn right just before railroad tracks.
We are looking to remodel our kitchen. What do we need to bring with us?
We offer a couple of options in getting started. If you are starting from scratch, just come on in and take a look at our displays for your inspiration. We can create a beautiful kitchen once we get an idea from you as to what you are looking for. One of our trained personnel will come out to your home and take measurements. From there, we can design your dream kitchen with the state-of-the-art 20/20 software. This software will give you a virtual representation of what you may expect your kitchen to look like. If you have a drawing already completed, well, that's great too! From your design and measurements, we can design the kitchen that you will enjoy for many years to come.
How long does it take for my order to come in?
Now that's a good question. Unfortunately there is no "one" pat answer, as we deal with several different companies each one having their own set schedule. We can give you a window that you can go by, and of course, if you would like to just check on your order, our ladies in the office will be happy to assist you.
Sounds good so far, how about warranties?
We follow all manufacturer's warranties and can provide documentation, so you never have to guess whether you are covered.
